An Azur Associate was brought in to evaluate the opportunities and risks associated with an iconic industry business while still in its high growth phase. Through an evaluation of its strategic plan, current operations and organization structure we were able to collaborate on strategic and operational gaps that would help support the desired business growth. We helped develop organization design, identification of resources and implement execution alongside the team.

Many of these resources have been in place for over a decade to help the organization expand across multiple beverage categories as well as other products across the beverage category.
